We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a passion for social media and a keen eye for design and content creation. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Ø Assist in developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ø Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform.

Ø Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ø Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.

Ø Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Content Creation:

Ø Produce high-quality visuals, including photos, videos, and graphics.

Ø Write compelling captions and posts that resonate with our target audience.

Ø Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Online Lead Generation:

Ø Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.

Ø Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and optimize lead generation efforts.

Ø Support the implementation and management of paid advertising campaigns on social media and search engines.

Analytics and Reporting:

Ø Analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of social media efforts.

Ø Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

Ø Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance.

Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Ø Familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Ø Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

Ø Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns is advantageous.

Ø Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
