Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate for managing our store, Sales & Client Servicing to join our team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and customer service, who can effectively manage client relationships and drive sales growth. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales: 

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking. 

 

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. 
  • Present and demonstrate our wedding invitation products to potential clients, highlighting key features and customization options. 
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities in the CRM system. 
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. 
  • Handle store sales and assist walk-in customers, providing personalized service and guidance. 
  • Maintain the store, ensuring it is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with current product offerings. 

 

 

Client Servicing: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized assistance throughout the ordering process. 
  • Assist clients in selecting and customizing their wedding invitations&wedding stationery, ensuring their vision is brought to life. 
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. 
  • Handle any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales and/or client servicing, preferably in the wedding or events industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Passion for weddings and a genuine interest in helping clients create their perfect day.
