We are a leading wedding stationery manufacturing company dedicated to crafting elegant and personalized wedding invitations, cards, and other stationery essentials. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success in the wedding stationery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new market & client needs where the revenue could be generated.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product line, including wedding invitations, save-the-date cards, thank-you notes, and other stationery items.
- Educate clients on product features, customization options, and pricing to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Generate leads via Cold Calls / Emails / References / SMS and record & maintain client data.
- Responsible for the identification of leads, opportunities, and meeting growth targets.
- Identify additional requirements of the clients where our company services could fit in.
- Consult with clients to understand their wedding theme, color scheme, and style preferences.
- Offer personalized recommendations and creative solutions to meet clients' specific needs and exceed their expectations.
- Provide samples, mock-ups, and proofs to showcase design concepts and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Manage the order process from initial inquiry to delivery, including invoicing, payment processing, and shipment tracking.
- Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, preferably in the wedding industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Creative flair and attention to detail, with an ability to understand and articulate design concepts.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Experience: 1 Year to 3 Year
