We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Executive to lead our talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in recruiting, supporting, and developing talent while implementing effective HR policies and procedures. You will also oversee key administrative responsibilities and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute initiatives, systems, and policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and counseling on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Actively manage the end-to-end hiring process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires.
- Onboarding Programs: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
- Training & Development: Develop and manage employee training programs to support professional growth and skill development.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing and monitoring performance evaluation systems to drive accountability and improvement.
- Disciplinary and Grievance Management: Support and manage disciplinary actions and resolve workplace grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Employee Records Maintenance: Ensure accurate documentation of attendance, compliance data, and other employee records in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
- Legal Compliance: Regularly review employment practices and workplace policies to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in roles such as HR Executive, HR Officer, or HR Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll and benefits, training, and development.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across teams.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong work ethics.
