Job Brief 

As a Graphic Designer, your primary objective will be to translate concepts and ideas into visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You’ll collaborate with other designers and creators on team to bring compelling visual solutions to life. Your artistic prowess and technical skills will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s image and delivering high quality unique products. 

Graphic Designer Responsibilities 

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a wide range of digital and print assets. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the desired message. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience. 
• Use your artistic flair to develop illustrations, icons, and other custom graphics that elevate the overall visual impact of our brand. 
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all designs meet our standards and specifications. 
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives. 

Graphic Designer Skills and Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a related role. 
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Corel Draw 
• Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies. 
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, coupled with keen attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality. 
• A self-motivated individual who takes initiative stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
