Job Responsibility

·        Sampling & Labelling of incoming materials

·        Maintenance of Inward register for RM/PM/IPQC/GP

·        Testing of incoming materials, Generic Product, Stability, Validation, TBR, M/c breakdown or any trial samples & under supervision wherever required.

·        Testing In-process materials & Purified Water

·        Operation, cleaning & maintenance of instruments & equipment whichever applicable.

·        Calibration of non-critical instruments whichever applicable.

·        SAP entry

·        Documentation and Logbooks

·        Preparation & Maintenance of bench reagents and solutions

·        Maintenance of control samples and relevant records

·        Out Lab Analysis - Sending samples and receive reports.

·        Intimate about lab requirements

·        Highlight gaps in written procedures and actual practice

·        Environment monitoring in the lab, control sample room & various equipment.

·        Intimate OOS/ OOT results

·        Trouble shooting of non-critical instruments & equipment

·      Inform to superior about any breakdown & communicate for Maintenance in absence of Superior.

Qualification

·        Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related Field

·        Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Field

Experience

·        0 to 1 Year (Fresher Preferred First)
