Freshers with a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management

Candidates with 1-year experience in Restaurant/QSR/Fine Dining outlets.

Should be fluent in English. Must be pleasant and confident.

Should know table service such:

1.Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.

2.Taking Orders: Assisting guests with menu selections, taking food and beverage orders, and conveying special requests to the kitchen staff.

3.Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering food and drinks to guests' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

4.Providing Customer Service: Addressing guests' inquiries, accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

5.Clearing Tables: Removing empty plates, glasses, and utensils from tables, resetting tables for the next guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

6. Assisting with Cleaning and Setup: Helping with general cleaning duties, such as wiping down tables and chairs, vacuuming or sweeping floors, and assisting in setting up the dining area for service.

7.Handling Payments: Presenting bills to guests, processing payments, and handling cash transactions or credit card payments accurately.

8.Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with other restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and managers, to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience for guests.

9.Following Safety and Hygiene Standards: Adhering to food safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and following proper sanitation procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.

10.Upselling and Promotion: Recommending additional menu items, specials, or promotions to guests to enhance their dining experience and increase revenue for the restaurant.

Overall, stewards play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, and contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.
