Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an ERP Team Lead at our Bengaluru (HAL). As the ERP Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This includes demand planning, production planning, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across different teams. You will also provide team leadership and support to ensure the efficient functioning of the ERP system, will be responsible for leading and implementing new and innovate ERP solutions for the company to manage transactions and processes more efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation in B.Tech/ B.Sc. Computer Science/ BCA
• 4-6 years of experience in ERP implementation
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a must
• Demand Planning and Production Planning skills
• Experience in ERP systems is must
• Excellent Communication skills
• Team Leadership capabilities
• Strong problem-solving abilities
