Position: Technology Leader

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Leader to lead our technical team in the development of innovative medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biomedical engineering or a related field, with extensive experience in the design and development of medical devices particularly in-vitro diagnostic test instruments and kits. The Technology Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the technology development process, from concept to commercialization, and will play a key role in driving the company's technical strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

Bachelor's / Masters / Doctoral degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical device development, with a proven track record of successfully leading technical teams

Strong technical expertise in biomedical engineering, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and align teams to work towards common objectives.

Coordinate with R&D, development and production teams to ensure right implementation of the product vision.

Experience in project management and product development lifecycle

Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements (FDA, CE)
