Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Production Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, contract position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves overseeing production operations to ensure seamless execution and efficient workflow within our innovative environment.
Freshers with strong communication skills, MBA in production/operations management, ability to work in a dynamic, technology driven design and manufacturing teams in healthcare would be an expectation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Resource Planning (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated proficiency in managing resources effectively to optimize production schedules and output.
- Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock inflow and outflow, ensuring operational continuity.
- Supply Chain Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in coordinating and managing supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery and procurement.
- Quality Control: Solid understanding of quality control processes to uphold product standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Process Optimization: Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and resource utilization.
- Team Leadership: Capability to lead and motivate a production team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve production-related challenges promptly and effectively.
- Budget Management: Experience in planning and executing production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
