We are seeking an office administrator to effectively work across multiple projects at ShanMukha Innovations. An energetic person with great interpersonal skills to work with a fantastic team is the minimum expectation. Following are some of the key skills required for the role * Excellent communication skills - written and spoken * Proficiency in English and at least 3 other languages including Hindi, Kannada * Good knowledge of software tools including online collaboration tools Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Google sheets, Google docs * Efficient information organizing and reminder system management * Effective coordination, tracking and follow-up - ability to get things done on time without micromanagement * Budgeting and accounting experience including invoicing, billing, bookkeeping, Tally/Zoho books, taxation. * Getting the right things done on time
