Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business-to-Business (B2B) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, clients, and government entities. You will play a key role in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, ensuring timely payment of accounts receivable, and driving overall business growth.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and government contracting processes
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the IVD/medical devices industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, clients, and government entities
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Monitor and track order payments, ensuring timely payment and resolving any payment disputes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner
