Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Android Developer to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in Android Development and be eager to contribute to our innovative projects. This is a full-time position requiring a strong knowledge of Java and mobile application development. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly applications that meet client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Android Development with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years' experience.
• Solid understanding of Java and its application in mobile development.
• Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI standards and guidelines.
• Experience working with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
