We have also partnered for Asia rollouts with some of the largest global companies across social media, travel tech &amp; marketing tech.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Financial Reporting and Analysis:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prepare accurate financial reports, including Profit &amp; Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and actionable recommendations to management.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Participate in annual budget preparation and rolling forecasts.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Track and analyze budget vs. actual expenditures, providing explanations for variances and identifying cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Record to Report (R2R) Operations:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records in compliance with financial policies.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Manage intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and timely resolution of discrepancies.</li><li>Process Optimization and Compliance:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Implement financial controls and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize accounting processes, leveraging lean methodologies.</li><li>Stakeholder Management:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to meet compliance and reporting requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) required.
