Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team at SMFG India Credit. As the Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our branch in Bharuch, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and team management.

Department:-Micro Secure Mortgage Loan.

Location:-Bharuch ,Gujarat India(Only for local candidates to be select)

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Branch Sales Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated ability in sales and team leadership
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other sales software
• Familiarity with home equity loans, mortgage lending, and residential mortgages
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets
• Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
