Job Overview
We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our team at Smart TechLink Solutions Inc. This is a contract position based in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in a support role and possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Linux, Scripting (any of Shell / Perl / Python), SQL - are must to have.
- Any support experience, incident management is desirable.
- Java, DevOps is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a support role
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
