Our Client is Hiring for Business Development Executives
Job Description:-
l Purely B2B Sales/Corporate Sales
l Develop prospect, engage customers, identify needs and present Demos
l Take responsibility of New/Existing Clients
l Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
l Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and Guidance on timely basis
l Working in Allocated Zone
l Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Skills Required
l Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
l Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Business Development and/or Sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
l Experience in the enterprise software industry and knowledge of Tally ERP software is an advantage.
l Familiarity with CRM software and business intelligence tools is preferred.
l Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
l Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
l Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key contacts in potential client companies.
l Passionate, self-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
l Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
l Strong organizational and time management skills

l Infrastructure to work remotely (Laptop/Desktop, Internet Connectivity)
l Willing to do Business Meets/ Online Demos.
l Self-Motivated
l Has Inclination for IT/ Software Sales.
l Capable to meet personnel in Top Management/ Decision Makers.
