Role & Responsibilities

  • AR Callers are responsible for calling insurance companies in US on behalf of clients and follow up on outstanding claims
  • AR Analyst should be strong in AR denials management and provide qualitative support in Charges
  • To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
  • Should be able to convince the insurance company (payers) for payment of their outstanding clients
  • To ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standard’s
  • Good experience in denial management, appeals & referral process
  • Should be good at pre calling analysis
  • Should have basic knowledge of the entire revenue cycle management (RCM)of US Healthcare domain

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good organization skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up
  • Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed
  • Ready to work in night shifts
