Sales Head - Rajasthan


You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy that translates into actual sales and contribute to the revenue growth of the Company. Lead from the front and ensure that the regional/state-wise, sales targets are achieved. Review and monitor the region/state-wise performance of the team.


We are looking for an experienced Sales Head who can Rajasthan Regions.


Requirements:


Experience in home automation/home security domains is a distinct advantage.


Experienced in any Automation Sales (Home Automation, Lightings, Electrical/Electronic Product Sales, Building Material, Ply/Tiles industries or similar).


Strong contact with the Dealers/Channels/Distributors for Automation product

Must have strong relationships with influencers like Architects, Interior designers, Electrical contractors, Consultants & Builders.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc)

Handling Techno Commercial negotiation and queries of customers effectively

Retaining existing channel partners & keep adding new potential partners in terms of System integrators and Influencers.


Must ensure long-term relationships with all customers continuously through personal meetings and assist them with required services


Can do New Business Development Revenue and able to create new channel partners.


Device business strategy, to ramp expansion of business in different regions.


Train and motivate the team to deliver high standards of performance.


Analyse competition / suggest a way forward to the counter.


Create schemes/ design activities to develop business.


Device systems/ use technology to bring clarity to operations.


Provide long-term and short-term business plans and drive the same.


You will be responsible to handle managing sales teams


Generate and maintain relationships with sales lead


Achieve targets defined by the management.


Handle existing channel partners that can be used to deploy our Home Automation products instantly. Leverage existing B2B/B2C contacts to reach Monthly sales targets.


This is a pure Sales Job opportunity with a lot of travel expected surround regions.
