Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Tele Callers to join our team in Delhi. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with zero to one year of work experience. As a Tele Caller at Smart Levo Innovation, you will be responsible for reaching out to our clients and providing impeccable service while supporting our dynamic staffing and recruiting efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and establish rapport while following communication scripts.
• Handle inbound inquiries and ensure the delivery of efficient and outstanding customer service.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
• Provide clients with information about services and resolve any challenges they may face.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback within the database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve telecalling techniques and overall performance.
• Stay updated with product knowledge to offer accurate insights and recommendations.
• Contribute towards creating a positive and productive work environment.
