TITLE
Business Development Manager
DESIGNATION Senior Manager DEPARTMENT
REPORTS TO Director - BD
POSITION PURPOSE:
As a Senior Manager of Business Development division, he is responsible for research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clientage, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets to strengthen inward linkage and EPR activities for the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a strategic approach to create engagement and win new business.
Generate business from the new and existing clients thereby achieving the business target.
Dealing with companies for EPR/CSR services.
Draw up client contracts after discussion with Director-BD
Corporate visits and generate new clients.
Scheduling meetings with Private, Govt organizations & PSUs to collect the E-waste.
Maintain client relations to build an excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business by resolving the client issues and queries on time.
Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and plant as appropriate
Controlling the outstanding and strong follow-up with the customer for collections.
Immediate response to any customer requirement.
Share daily reports of the work with the senior authority.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate / Post Graduate degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in waste management company.
Should have good experience in e-waste recycling company.
Excellent knowledge of MS-Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
SKILLS:
Client-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of organised sector clients.
Strong organizing and behaviourial aptitude skills.
An Excellent on telephone manners, written and verbal communications skills.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the e-waste industry.
Ability to work in a team and independently, flexible and open to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High Level of integrity, able to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
