Job Title: Sales Executive 

Location: NSP, Delhi 

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic  sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing  client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background,  excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and  referrals. 

Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective  clients. 

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,  understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets, contributing to the overall  growth of the company. 

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor  activities to identify new opportunities and threats. 

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior  management. 

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue while  ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and  provide feedback on customer needs. 

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or  equivalent experience). 

Experience: Proven track record of at least 3-4 years in sales, preferably in FMCG Industry. • Skills: 

o Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. 

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

o Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. 

o Proficiency in particular software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
