Salary Range of 80k-90k per month.

Job description

Understand the Project Scope and plan the execution with design, procurement, and construction teams. Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project. Ensures all works carried out comply with the mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated. Manage all teams present at the site- execution, safety, and quality. Indent for material, tools, and equipment according to project requirements. Coordinate with the client, Head Office, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery. Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards of safety, material quality & correct installation methodologies are being met. Maintains job records, text reports, and similar documentation. Allocate Resources as per Project Requirements. Manage project schedules to meet deadlines.

Must-Have:

Effective communication. Ability to lead large teams. Detail-orientation. Organized approach to work. Prior experience working on Industrial Projects.
