Job brief

We are looking for a professional IT Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate

organization’s IT operations. Will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency

through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Responsibilities

 Ensure proper functioning of the CRM Application, Billing System, Website.

 Being the SPOC for process related issues and changes 

 Vendor co-ordination for enhancements/bug fixing for Billing, CRM and website

 Delivering timely solutions and services to stakeholders and customers 

 Monitoring SLA management to ensure continuous improvement in delivering value. 

 Efficiently utilization of all available resources in IT Operations team (people, systems,

knowledge) to ensure timely, cost efficient and quality delivery to stakeholders 

 Stakeholder and Team Management.

Requirements

 Extensive knowledge of SQL operations and query/functions writing and operations.

(mysql/MSSQL)

 Good writing skills specifically Business requirement documents

 Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation

 Leadership and organisational skills

Education and/or Experience

 Bachelor’s degree (B. E) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; and a

minimum of 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of

education and experience.

 Have working experience of more than 5 years in the IT domain.
