Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification - ITI Must
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a General Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of technical systems and equipment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Certifications or relevant training in technical systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems
• Provide technical support and training to clients
• Ensure the availability and reliability of data and systems
