Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives
- Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Develop and implement administrative processes
Requirements:
- Min 1+ years of exp in similar role.(Female candidate)
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Exceptional memory and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with senior executives
- Knowledge of administrative software and tools
- Certification in administrative assistance
