Job Overview:

 

RenTrip is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive partner acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our partner network and ensuring high-quality customer and partner experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and expand the company's partner network through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building

2. Manage end-to-end partner acquisition process, from initial contact to onboarding and integration

3. Serve as the primary liaison between RenTrip and its partners, providing comprehensive support and maintaining strong communication channels

4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and business performance

5. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive insights

6. Generate detailed reports on partner performance, market trends, and growth opportunities

7. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align business development strategies.

8. Resolve partner and customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

 

Qualifications and Skills: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer support. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage. 

- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
