Job Overview

We are seeking a Tool & Die Designer to join our team at Smart Enovations India Pvt Ltd. The position is a full-time role based in Bangalore Urban, specifically designed for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in tool and die design. This is a junior-level position focused on developing high-quality designs to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and modeling.(CATIA V5)preffered.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of industry-specific tools and standard practices in tool and die design.
• Experience with tool integration, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
• Familiarity with tool customization to meet specific client requirements and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills to assess designs and identify potential improvements.
• Attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy and precision in work.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and other stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop tools and dies in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.Progressive dies, tandem dies etc.
• Create detailed design drawings using relevant software tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to refine design concepts and improve functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the design and development process.
• Ensure all designs comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Perform tests and simulations to validate designs and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs and iterations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
