Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design & Solution Engineer to join our team at Smart Enovations India Pvt Ltd. As a Design & Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for various domains like Automotive, Heavy Engineering, and Power Engineering. You will work closely with our clients, OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers to understand their requirements and create cost-effective design solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in design and engineering
• Proficiency in Creo and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of Sheetmetals, Welding, and Engineering Design principles
• Experience in working with Heavy machinery and Automotive sectors
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative solutions for Automotive, Heavy Engineering, and Power Engineering domains
• Collaborate closely with clients, OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers to understand their requirements
• Utilize your knowledge and experience in Creo, Sheetmetals, Welding, Engineering Design, Heavy machinery, and Automotive
• Ensure timely delivery of design solutions while maintaining high levels of quality
• Participate in decision-making processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in design and engineering
