Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Smart Enovations India Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience in business development, specifically in B2B and IT sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a maximum of 3 years of work experience.
- Must have excellent Business-to-Business (B2B) experience (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in IT Sales (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated success in software sales and an understanding of the IT industry.
- Experience with Business Development Executive (BDE) roles and responsibilities.
- Strong corporate sales background with the ability to establish and nurture key client relationships.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of self-motivation, determination, and confidence in their abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the automotive and engineering sectors.
- Generate leads through networking and follow-up processes to secure meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Understand customer requirements and align them with Smart Enovations' offerings to create cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Track and report on business development activities, targets, and progress to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to represent Smart Enovations and build relationships.
