REQUIRED FOR SAUDI ARABIA FOR AN AVIATION FACILITY MAINTENANCE

WEATHER STATION SYSTEM GROUP LEADER

QUALIFICATIONS:

1   Have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in performing (mechanical/instrument/electrical) services in weather station maintenance with sufficient documentation satisfactory to SAUDI ARAMCO as proof of such experience.

2   Have at least a minimum of Bachelor of Engineering degree.

3   Be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.

PRINCIPAL TASKS: 

The principle tasks of the Weather Station System Group Leader shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1   Supervising and leading all activities associated with Preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance and repairs activities for all Weather Stations Systems

2   Focal point for any communication with the Company Representative.

WEATHER STATION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

1   Have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in performing (mechanical/instrument/electrical) services in weather station maintenance with sufficient documentation satisfactory to SAUDI ARAMCO as proof of such experience.

2   Have at least a minimum of high school diploma.

3   Be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.

 PRINCIPAL TASKS:

The principle tasks of the Weather Station Maintenance Technician shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1   Check and repair the visibility sensor as applicable.

2   Perform visibility sensor calibration.

3   Perform servicing and lenses cleaning for the visibility sensor.

4   Check and repair the cloud height sensor as applicable.

5   Perform cloud height sensor calibration.

6   Tower structure and fixtures for condition and security.

7   Tower base for corrosion, security and stability.

8   All meteorological sensors cabling for signs of deterioration and security.

9   All meteorological sensor connectors for corrosion and sealing.
