Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Steel Structural Fabrication industry only.
• Strong expertise in engineering design (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis to manage project costs.
• Skilled in resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality control standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and lead engineering projects from initiation through completion.
