> Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to uphold Smaaash's brand reputation and deliver consistent service excellence.
> Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions, special events, and corporate partnerships.
> Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess center performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
> Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any inquiries, concerns, feedback promptly and effectively to ensure a positive guest experience.
> Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community stakeholders to drive group bookings and promotional opportunities.
> Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to support operational needs and control costs.
> Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to promote teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
