Job Overview

As a Food & Beverage Controller at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of our entertainment centers. This role requires more than 10 years of experience in food control and restaurant management. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in food control and restaurant management
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• FSSI certification is preferred
• Experience in liquor licensing and compliance
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in kitchen operations and food costing
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Menu engineering skills to optimize profitability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of hygiene

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations at Smaaash entertainment centers
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Develop and implement Kitchen's standard operating procedures for food and beverage control
• Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage stage wise process audit
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs
• Analyze sales and profitability, and make recommendations for improvements
• Train and develop staff in food and beverage operations
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop menus and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the food and beverage areas
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices
