Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Operations professional to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. This role will involve overseeing and managing the food and beverage operations within our company. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in restaurant management, brewery, guest relations, and supervisory roles. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage operations
• Proven track record in restaurant management, brewery, guest relations, or supervisory roles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Degree or diploma in hotel management or relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the food and beverage operations within the company
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability
• Collaborate with other teams to create a seamless dining experience for our guests
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Train and develop the food and beverage team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
