Job Purpose:

 Support the Mktg Manager in coordinating all activities leading to planning & execution of Marketing Related KRAs – Revenues & Cost Related results from existing stores as well as the launch of new stores

 This role involves continuous creation, execution and communication of marketing / sales hooks for conversion of both retail & corporate-group sales for higher consumption of F&B and gaming

o Strong proposition to existing customers to drive higher visits & repeat consumption

o Effective propositions to expand into new and potential customer segments

 This role is expected to be very flexible between strategy and tactics deployed in a dynamic and volatile situation without any straitjacketed working approach.


Key Elements of the Role

 To be well versed with ATL and BTL activates and different types of organic as well as paid marketing channels such as content marketing, PPC advertising, Search Engine Marketing, Outdoor Marketing, Social Media Advertising, email campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and comprehensive performance analytics of the marketing campaigns.

 Within the catchment surrounding the centers, building a consistent footfall at the centers across the country, both for weekdays and weekends to achieve revenue targets.

 Creating a pipeline of group-corporate demand for party sales by being effectively present at all the sources of such leads generated.

 Competition benchmarking of centers, games available, and price discovery & promotional offers.

 Ensure 100% utilization of marketing offers – without leaving sales/revenues on the table.


Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role

 Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the Cluster Heads to generate qualified target segment footfalls to achieve revenue targets, improving average bill value per footfall by excellent packaging of communication for Gaming & F&B and other Retail/Services.

 Impactful Communication of New or Repositioning of changed gaming Game Offerings at each center as per catchment area requirements.

 Ensuring that the overall product launch schedule of activities and the CEO / Top management meeting schedule is updated by constant coordination with internal and external parties.

 Developing a reporting format and basic approach to ensure decision making, information dissemination and ‘on the same page’ of internal/external team members involved in each activity.

 Responsible for ensuring the tracking of all direct & indirect marketing & promotional offers

 Ensure constant evolving cost efficiencies to ensure reduction in marketing e.g. per Footfall Cost for Retail and per qualified cost per lead for corporate/party segments.

Design suitable communication to help and enhance effectively In-store conversions as well as innovative new business/sales development.

 Using data sources available within the systems at the centers to build excellent franchise for existing, new and under-concept development games / rides /amusement parks as per formats

 Support the NSO in launch of new stores with accurate, direct and effective communication design and execution at local level.

 Ensuring copies/documentation like legal agreements, contracts, LOIs and signed on time by coordination between the relevant internal team members as well as external vendors with requisite approvals.

 Office Coordination – including requirement of presentations, meetings as well as preparing quick drafts of essential documents like Minutes of Meeting.

 Readiness to travel within base location and outside in case required.
