- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts , vendor agreements, client contracts, partnerships, and employment agreements.
- Develop and implement compliance activities to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations as per industry standards.
- Filing of E forms Related to SEBI,ROC and Banking.
- Drafting of all documents related to Company Secretarial Dept & NCLT.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business decisions. Initiatives to be taken and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Oversee and manage legal disputes.provide and coordinate with legal consultant and RP team
- Development of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards
- Knowledge of IBC and IP related laws.
