Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at SLV Housing Development Corporation. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the Real Estate industry. This is a senior-level position with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
