Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, and supporting the sales team to achieve high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies for real estate projects.
- Conduct property demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage and nurture leads from various sources to generate quality walk-ins.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve pre-sales efforts.
- Handle escalated customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales or real estate sales.
- Proven track record in driving pre-sales processes and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
