Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient and effective execution at every stage.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and pipeline activity to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets, leading and building teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Knowledge on valid real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
