Role – Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager’s Responsibilities:

· CRM Marketing (Email, SMS, Whatsapp Marketing & More)

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive them

  towards closure

· Create campaigns, product campaigns to increase engagement.

· Monitor email, SMS, Whatsapp performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven

  decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum impact

· Leverage CRM channels as a measure for lead acquisition

· Lead the SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

· Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor website

  performance using SEO tools and analytics.

· Collaborate with agencies to drive rankings of key business terms

· Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are

  implemented throughout the website.

· Collaborate with paid media, brand teams to enhance impact of digital media

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in related field may be advantageous.

· Organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Previous experience in real estate is a must.
