Position: Key Accounts Executive

Location: Agra

• Direct coverage of all Modern Trade stores in region (N, E, W, S), ensuring In-Store execution
• Cover geographic area spread across multiple cities including outstation working
• Maintain self-journey plan and ensure self-beat working
• Ensuring that all promotion communications are properly done
• Executing paid or non-paid secondary space in the store in best possible place
• Ensuring fill rate for physical MT retailers
• Ensure monitoring, recruitment, training, working of in-store sales promoters/healthy skin advisors/beauty advisors
• Interact with local/regional category persons of all retailers (National/regional/Local)
• Evaluating competitor's footprint in the product domain.
• Any other additional responsibility as assigned by the Reporting Manager
• Professionally effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales
• Develop the sales and business mix from the individual accounts
• Maintain accurate current database including sales secondary tracking
• Provide weekly/monthly schedule of planned activities.
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
