Job Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position located in Ernakulam, Thrissur, Alappuzha, and Pathanamthitta, suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our educational programs, and closing sales over the phone. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers over the phone to promote our educational programs
  • Understand the needs of prospective students and provide information about course offerings
  • Maintain a calling schedule to follow up with leads and convert them into sales
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and address their queries
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
