Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Oil and Gas Trainer to join our team at SLBS Marklance. This is a full-time, fresher-level position located in Cochin. The ideal candidate will have expertise in production engineering, teaching, and the oil and gas sector. As an Oil and Gas Trainer, you will equip students with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in the oil and gas industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in production engineering (Mandatory skill)
• Prior experience in teaching, ideally in a related field (Mandatory skill)
• Thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry (Mandatory skill)
• Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and evaluate training programs
• Experience in developing and delivering e-learning courses and resources
• Ability to assess the training needs of students and develop tailored instructional materials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly
• Patience and dedication to mentoring students and helping them achieve their career goals
