Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Manager to join our team at SkyRoots Ventures. This is a full-time, senior-level position based in Edakkulam, Kannur, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Alappuzha. The successful candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience, focusing on elevating our sales strategies and driving growth in our target markets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Salesforce to improve customer relationships and support the overall sales process efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation skills to ensure win-win outcomes between the company and clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and closing sales deals.
- Strong data analysis capabilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in lead generation to identify and cultivate potential customers, driving the acquisition and conversion rates efficiently.
- Solid customer relationship management skills to build and maintain positive, long-lasting customer relations.
- Strong sales strategy development skills to design and implement effective sales plans that align with our company objectives.
- Effective team leadership skills to motivate, guide, and support the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
