- Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of food products exports.
- Minimum 5 years of exports knowledge.
- Negotiate with buyers on quantity and price.
- Should have good communication skills and should be presentable.
- Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin & invoices etc.
- Commercial agreements, arrange transportation of goods.
- Negotiate Freight rates, taxes and payment terms.
- Arrange meetings with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase export sales.
- Prepare and submit Monthly statistical reports on Dispatches
- Co-ordinate with organization back end team and work collectively to meet set target.
