Job Overview

The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and finances in our company. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in the FMCG-Food industry. The job is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India and is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience (4-6 years) as a Store Executive or similar role in the FMCG-Food industry
• Solid knowledge of inventory management and control
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Financial management proficiency
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of store security and safety procedures
• Experience in marketing and promotional activities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
• Oversee staff management including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Monitor and control financial aspects of the store, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense management
• Ensure store security and safety measures are implemented and followed
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
• Produce regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate store operations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
