Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with 2 years of professional experience to

join our finance team. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensure

accurate financial record-keeping, and assist in the preparation of financial reports. The role requires

an understanding of accounting principles with analytical skills, and proficiency with accounting Tally

Prime software.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts

payable, and accounts receivable.

 Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper accounting of all financial transactions.

 Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

 Preparation of monthly payroll & employee benefit reporting

 Preparation of monthly report for GST returns.

 Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.

 Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy.

 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

 Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.

 Understanding of accounting principles

 Proficiency in Tally Prime ERP

 Should possess organizational and time management skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Effective verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
