● Primary job will be to close the sale on property, identify new sell leads and make sales.
● Making calls on daily basis and having good convincing power so that you can land a
good sale.
● Addressing queries of buyers over company’s website and various other websites and
updating accordingly.
● Good communication and presentation skills for developing end to end connection with
the buyer and for their better understanding.
● Good learning skills and knowing how to adapt to changing environment.
● Exceptional and experiental knowledge of the product and being open minded to filter
out questions of interested buyers and answering them.
● Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies along and implementing.
● Researching prospects and generating leads.
● Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
● Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints diligently.
● Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to promote sales.
● Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
● Building and maintaining a CRM database for easy access.
● Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as decided by the organisation.
● Participating in sales team meetings to boost skills.
● Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
