Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on products and services that meet the clients’ needs and preferences.
- Assisting clients in selecting and purchasing products and services.
- Educating clients on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business.
- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other teams such as marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
